Chinedu Udezue is a corporate communications specialist with nearly 20 years in building and delivering successful communications campaigns in technology sector. He has helped national and international corporates increase share of voice in the media, as well as developing corporate communications initiatives such as thought leadership programmes, brand awareness campaigns, product launches and management of business relationships with its stakehlders. 

Prior to joining Luther, Chinedu held several senior positions including leading the Huawei external communications team operating across several business areas: Corporate, Carrier and Enterprise. At Huawei, as part of a global function, he worked alongside the central external team in Shenzhen to deliver international media and corporate communications support across the world, providing high level strategic advice on planning and reputation management to highlight and promote the company’s achievements and brand awareness. Campaigns of note in the tech and fintech space include working with companies such as Barclaycard domestically and Temenos where he was to responsible for the global rollout of its banking software solutions; managing teams across EMEA and LATAM to develop and support a multi-market content and media strategy around influencer and partner programmes, delivering impact around partnerships with other fintech disruptors and other tech companies. 

Chinedu has also been called upon in specialist situations such as when Qualcomm employed his services to manage media and third-party assessment of actions while mitigating impact to reputation in the US and around the world, whilst facing a high-profile investigation of anti-trust and unfair business practice allegations in China, Korea, the US and the EU.
