Samuel provides public affairs, PR, and corporate communications advice to a diverse range of Luther’s clients across the financial services, faith, defence, and professional sectors.
Drawing on his experience in the House of Lords, and in the private sector, Samuel’s client work includes developing thought leadership content for Grant Thornton International and Ropes & Gray, delivering US focused policy support for the Lloyd’s Market Association, and supporting the London Market Group with parliamentary engagement.
Prior to joining Luther, Samuel worked in Parliament and then at Serco, where he supported the delivery of strategic communications for the global business.
