Ravinder Theara
Accountant
Ravinder joined Luther in 2022 with more than 30 years’ experience in management accounts, and provides financial support to the team to ensure the business can reach its full potential. She has spent most of her career working with SMEs in the media and creative industries, covering all aspects of accounting.
Outside of the office, Ravinder enjoys volunteering in her spare time. She was elected as a parent governor of a Church of England school in 2002 and chair of governors in 2005 – the Diocese was proud to have one of the only Church of England schools to be governed by a Sikh chair at the time.
