She specialises in delivering integrated PR strategies that combine proactive media engagement with crisis and issues management. Ellen’s work spans media relations, public affairs, content development, and thought leadership, helping organisations to build credibility and influence in competitive, regulated environments.
Ellen is skilled at stakeholder engagement, having worked with several third sector and corporate organisations to advise executive teams, Boards, donors, and partners on navigating complex landscapes, handling reputational challenges, and fostering trust among key audiences.
She provides strategic guidance on parliamentary engagement and policy campaigning, supporting organisations in navigating the UK political landscape, shaping policy, and enhancing visibility among decision-makers.
Prior to joining Luther, Ellen led campaigns at a communications agency for a leading youth homelessness charity and national adult social care providers.
