Daniel Guthrie


Dan has over 20 years’ experience building campaigns for clients that have helped change legislation, win the media battle in litigation and shaped the media agenda around controversial issues.

Dan has worked across a range of sectors but has particular specialism in businesses that are consumer-facing and also those in the creative industries, including sport. In the last 20 years he has worked on some of the most high profile and controversial pieces of legislation including the Digital Economy Act, Communications Act and gambling legislation. Building grass-roots campaigns to win regulatory and legislative change has also led Dan to create UK-wide coalitions that have changed the context of significant public debates.

Dan’s current clients include Wrigley, the British Retail Consortium, Alliance for Intellectual Property and Racecourse Media Group.

He is also a Trustee of the Challenge Network, a charity committed to improving levels of integration in our communities, and which helps the Government to deliver the National Citizenship Service.
