As an ex-City Marcomms Director, Charlie has unique insight into what clients need and how agencies should deliver across a range of platforms and content types.

Her experience spans working for a range of B2B and B2C clients, and she has worked on a broad mix of client campaigns including: launching the Greenwich Old Royal Observatory’s countdown to the Millennium; promoting the peaty aromas of Laphroaig whisky (a job that required many of trips to the wonderful island of Islay); and heading a change management programme and rebranding project for an insurance broker in the City of London.

Charlie now specialises in financial services clients principally linked to the world of insurance, providing them with advice and hands-on communications support that helps to them to speak to the audiences that matter to them most. She works in partnership with her clients and particularly relishes the creative elements of her work.
