Caroline Wagstaff


Caroline has spent the last 25 years immersing herself in the financial and professional services, including commodity trading, spread-betting, accountancy, money broking, legal services and particularly commercial insurance.

Caroline spent five years as Head of Marketing and Communications at Lloyd’s of London – seeing the organisation through the largest-ever fraud trial, Concorde crashing and 9/11. Since then she has built a market-leading practice in this sector – working for many of the world’s leading insurance businesses, offering both strategic advice and tactical support.

She has particular depth of expertise in crisis communications, but also works with clients to identify issues and messages and then to communicate them consistently across the right channels.
