After an economics degree at Manchester University, Michael joined Deloitte as a graduate trainee and following qualification worked first with a quoted design group and then spent 4 years as CFO at Hill & Knowlton public relations.
After this Michael sought out independent PR ventures and achieved this working with Harrison Cowley between 1994-7 (now Trimedia) and Freud Communications from 2001-3 (now part of Publicis Group).
Michael began working with Luther Pendragon as an M&A adviser in late 2007 and in 2009 became Luther’s first commercial CEO in a role to help the management team build the business through acquisition and organic development.
