Charles Napier was an Associate Director of Quintus Public Affairs which was acquired by Luther Pendragon in 2009.  Charlie had been at Quintus since October 2006 and has worked in public affairs for the past 10 years. He has worked on a number of accounts in particular in the gaming, foreign affairs, energy, planning and consumable areas.

Charlie is a graduate of Edinburgh University and worked in overseas development and fundraising before starting his public affairs career at The Policy Partnership. He then worked for PPS Group, specialists in gaining planning consent, before joining Quintus to head up a number of the business units. Charlie is politically active having served as a Labour councillor for four years.
