Sam has experience in strategic communications and stakeholder relations. He helps organisations on policy and parliamentary programmes, media strategies and crisis management. He has supported blue-chip clients through dozens of select committee appearances and countless broadcast interviews.
In healthcare, he has an enviable mix of NHS and private sector experience. He has worked for NHS England, many NHS regulators and professional bodies, as well as multinational companies and start-ups. He has launched national NHS services and supported reforming projects including the NHS Maternity Review led by Baroness Cumberlege.
In 2014, Sam provided interim in-house support for AbbVie, a major pharmaceutical company as it recruited a new government affairs team. Former clients include NHS England, the Care Quality Commission and the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, as well as ExxonMobil, EY and Octopus Investments.
