E-Homebuying Forum

The E-Homebuying Forum wished to position themselves as the go-to body on homebuying and selling and to work to shape the political debate around homebuying reform.
Quintus Communications, now part of Luther Pendragon, instigated a targeted political contact programme highlighting the Forum’s key messages as well as connecting with important stakeholders to ensure industry buy-in for the Forum’s key aims and objectives. Coupled with this, the team sought to engage and recruit members via a media initiative aimed at relevant national and specialist media. This has resulted in over 30 new members in the first year.
The E-Homebuying Forum has been praised by the Department for Communities and Local Government for offering a unique cross-industry perspective on home-buying reform and its “Blueprint for the Future of Homebuying” was covered in over 10 trade journals following its launch.
